hmmm, unsettling things have been happening to the warring girls, both new and old. First our apt. got broken into, and then we get semi-attacked by this guy while walking home at nite. not that both times it's not totally our fault....our back door was probably not locked (or locked very well), and we should have been more careful walking home....however, it does bring to mind the shelters and the safety nets that God has blessed us w/...that all my life so far nothing life-threatening has happened...and that i've always had the provisions that I needed at the time.

However, the need to be careful and wise in berkeley is definitely required.

I've come to the conclusion that professors and grad students only work and drink. Today after my mcb lab final, my prof arranged to go drinking at raleigh's....of course, being the underaged me w/ a midterm tomorrow, i didn't go....this just reminded me of the fact that when i went grad school interviewing, all they did for fun was going to pubs and having lotsa beer....i wonder what's in store for me....
